I'm not sure about that... They sell them by the dozen. They're around $8-$9 (that's not including taxes) depending on what kind you get as far as beef, chicken or pork.
No they don't cater or deliver but 12$ a dozen is worth a stop if you're in the area. Or worth a drive when you want the goodness.
I am not sure about that combo. I would call before going.
At least a week but if you ain't going to eat them then put them in the freezer so they will last longer until your ready to eat them!

Honestly;I really don't know!! I think it's best place in town to get tamales. my dad used to go there when I was in high school,and they were really good.
